I am very happy with this shoes. They are comfortable, safer on the ice we have all around right now and beautiful. Just yesterday a nice lady in store stopped me to complement my shoes and ask where did I get those.  
And a few more words about Zappos service. There are not many if any that can compare with it. I order shoes late at night and somehow they wait for me next morning near my door! Free shipping and free returns are great too. Very customer friendly company. You are spoiling me, Zappos!

I ordered these boots, not knowing if this was the right choice for this very wintry area I live in! They are warm, look great with jeans and dress pants, and the little grippers on the bottom keep you from slipping! They are very true to size and comfortable!
